Ilaria Rossi graduated from “University Statale” of Milan in 2000 and was admitted to the Varese Bar in 2004. She attended a specialized school for family law at the Center for Research in Family Law in Rimini, in 2012, and the School of Specialization and Advanced Training at Italian Association of Family Law Lawyers in Milan in 2014.

Working exclusively in family law, Ilaria provides a wide range of legal services in the area of Family Law, including separation, divorce and mediation, dispute resolution, post-judgment modifications for custody, prenuptial agreements, simple and complex property division, and cohabitation contracts.

Ilaria Rossi provides counsel to couples with highly intricate business or financial affairs, helping parties work towards a fair allocation of community assets, business shares, trusts, real estate, debt and concerns – whether they seek a legal separation or divorce.
