Carlo is licensed to practice law in both Italy and the United States. After graduating and practicing law in Italy, he earned an LL.M. with high honors in International Business Law from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, California. After gaining experience in the U.S. focusing on business and corporate law, Carlo returned to Italy, where he developed an international practice representing foreign clients in Italian jurisdiction.

Carlo specializes in business and corporate law, with a focus on M&A and private equity transactions, both domestic and international, as well as corporate governance, commercial contracts, shareholders’ agreements, joint venture agreements, and corporate transformations.

With extensive experience in assisting domestic and international companies, Carlo has successfully navigated intricate M&A transactions and managed a wide range of corporate deals, in addition to addressing day-to-day commercial and corporate law issues.
